Max Tarr’s Commercial division worked with the Palmerston North City Council on the Clock Tower refurbishment project. This local icon, built in 1952, was upgraded as part of The Square's redevelopment. We installed the lighting for the Clock tower and throughout the surrounding 17 acres of The Square.
We are proud to have been part of this project, which was recognized with an award from the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects.
